haysmacintyre boosts property offering with Director promotion

Jake joined haysmacintyre as a trainee in 2013, and soon qualified, before specialising in the firm’s property sector. With clients ranging from property developers and owners to real estate investors, Jake provides guidance on a variety of services including audit, structuring, and financial transactions such as financial modelling, financial due diligence and IPOs.

Having been appointed to co-lead the firm’s property sector in 2019, Jake has implemented a number of new initiatives to help diversify haysmacintyre’s expertise and grow the sector. He also mentors several graduates within the firm, helping to nurture the firm’s future talent in the sector.

Jake was named in Accountancy Age UK 35 under 35 in 2019, a recognition of his work in the property sector. He is an active contributor within the property community, regularly attending industry events, such as Qandor and the London Real Estate Forum, and he also regularly writes articles on topical issues within the sector.
