We might answer it here, but if not, drop us an email at haysmacintyre@wearewiser.com and we’ll get back to you.

What are the minimum entry requirements?
Candidates need to show a commitment to our business and our values. We look for a successful honours degree in any discipline and 112 UCAS points (or equivalent). Maths A-Level is preferred but not essential.
What if I do not meet your entry requirements?
Your connection with our values and your motivation to join our business are equally as important to us as academic success, therefore we have flexibility in our entry requirements - please contact our team at haysmacintyre@wearewiser.com if you would like to discuss this further. We are committed to ensuring our workforce is representative of a diverse society and therefore make reasonable adjustments to our recruitment process to ensure it is inclusive for everyone.
I have sent my application form through and would like to make some changes. Is this possible?
Yes. Please keep us updated of any changes to your circumstances, especially any changes to your contact details.
What is the application process?
Once you have completed the online application form, if you are successful, you will have an online abstract and numerical reasoning test. The next stage is a telephone interview, if you are successful during the interview you will be invited to an assessment day. At the assessment day we have a number of exercises for you to take part in. We will aim to get back to you within the week following your assessment day.
What will my starting salary be?
Our salaries are competitive within the market. Please contact the HR department at the time of interest if you require further information.
How is the salary progressed?
Your salary will be reviewed regularly. As a trainee, you can expect to see pay rises as you progress towards qualification and gain further work experience.
What is my annual leave entitlement?
You are entitled to 22 days' holiday, plus bank holidays. You will also have the opportunity to purchase up to five additional days' annual leave.
What is the firm's dress code?
We operate a 'dress for your day' dress code and require all staff to dress appropriately for their day ahead.
