Future Gen – FES ‘Gender Allyship’

All genders welcomed and encouraged to join. At Future Gen, we firmly believe in gender equality and hope that everyone can be part of this conversation, so this event series is open to everyone!

The event series is at the forefront of conversations around gender equality, covering themes including empowerment, confidence, support and the authentic self. The events provide an opportunity for members to explore these topics in a relaxed environment, as well as offering the chance to network with other Future Gen members.

Join us on Tuesday 10 October 2023 for our next event, which will focus on ‘Gender Allyship’, for an insightful evening of discussion. We have an exceptional guest speaker and panel joining us, who will explore how we can work together to challenge, support and empower each other.

Terri Lecheva: Partner – TritonExec

Terri spearheads the firm’s HR and talent acquisition offering which has been her specialism throughout her career to date. Terri is a host of a Female Leadership Podcast called “The Empowered Woman Series”, where she proactively talks about allyship and creating gender equity as part of our sessions.

Jeremy Stockdale: CEO and Founder – Ylead

Jeremy is the CEO and Founder of Ylead, a leadership consultancy he set up in 2020 after quite a long corporate career working for Barclays. He is a passionate advocate for Gender Equity and Allyship and blogs about this every week on LinkedIn under the heading – ‘On Wednesday’s We Smash The Patriarchy’.

Koula Achillea: Group Commercial Director – Ralph Trustees

Working across Luxury Family hotels and The Grove Resort. Previous to this, Koula has held various strategic roles at other hospitality companies including Oakman Group and Butlins. Koula is passionate about gender equality and featured in the top 100 Women to watch in Hospitality – Diversity and Inclusion in 2021.
