Nick is an employment tax director at haysmacintyre.

Nick advises on a wide range of issues including: PAYE and National Insurance; benefits in kind; PAYE settlement agreements; expense policy reviews; employment status; optional remuneration arrangements, National Minimum Wage and providing support throughout an HMRC Employer Compliance review. He provides practical guidance and solutions to clients and has a good understanding of the ‘client’s perspective’ being a trustee of a charity himself and the advice they seek from their professional advisers.

Nick has been working with a wide range of charities concerning the impending changes to the IR35 legislation which will be coming into effect from 6 April 2021.

Nick is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
