Tom joined haysmacintyre in 2009 having specialised in the charity and not for profit sectors since 2003.

Tom’s role as Audit Technical Director within haysmacintyre’s Not for Profit team encompasses managing a portfolio of audit clients, designing and delivering internal training courses on technical audit and accounting matters, and speaking at external seminars and conferences.

His client work is focused on our Faith and Professional Institutes and Membership Bodies (PIMBs) sectors, but he works with charities of all shapes and sizes, including a number of large independent schools.

Outside the office, Tom is a Trustee of a small theatre charity, which helps him to see things from the client’s point of view.

Tom’s main non-charity interests are his five year old daughter and the local CAMRA cricket team.
