Arts and Culture Benchmarking Report 2021

This report aims to enable management and trustees to assess their charity’s structure, governance and monitoring procedures against comparable charities and to share best practice in the sector.
The report includes data compiled from the 2019 and 2020 accounts and trustees’ annual reports of over 100 charitable organisations within the sector. We have reviewed a broad range of benchmarks including areas of governance, operations and finances which, in our experience, are most important in achieving good financial governance.
