Due diligence on opening a school overseas

We recently carried out a financial due diligence review on behalf of Kent College Canterbury of the business plan for Kent College Dubai due to be opened overseas. We commented on the financial impact and risks of the project for our client, the UK school, and the financing, accounting, tax and VAT implications and the matters to be addressed.
