Within the sector, Jon has a particular specialism in technology clients, which include both privately owned companies as well as publicly listed groups. He has experience in managing the audit process of AIM listed groups and is currently the manager on three AIM listed clients which provides him with a strong understanding of the reporting requirements for AIM listed entities.
Jon regularly works with entrepreneurial, scale-up businesses and understands the importance of regular communication, backed by strong, sector specific technical expertise.
Jon attends sector specific events and contributes to technical content and training within the sector.
Outside of work Jon enjoys most sports, including golf, squash, skiing and rugby.
Miranda has a wide portfolio of clients across various corporate sectors including property, hospitality and CMT. Many of Miranda’s clients she has serviced continuously since the start of her career and she prides herself on her ability to understand her clients needs and respond efficiently with accurate and effective corporation tax advice.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2015, Miranda worked as a chalet host in the Austrian Alps for 5 months having finished her Biology undergraduate degree at the University of Nottingham.
In her spare time, Miranda enjoys Crossfit, cycling and visiting the wonderful restaurants London has to offer.
As well as acting as the director on audit engagements, Jake assists his clients on other financial transactions such as financial modelling, financial due diligence, restructuring and IPOs. Jake provides his clients with in depth yet pragmatic and efficient advice, assisting them through the different stages of their journey as they grow.
Jake was named in the Accountancy Age UK Top 35 under 35 in December 2019 and leads the firm’s property sector. Jake regularly writes for industry publications and is a regular attendee at industry events such as Qandor and the London Real Estate Forum.
Outside of work, Jake is a sports enthusiast, spending his weekends running, playing football and suffering at the hands of Arsenal.
Being both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser allows Robert to provide his clients with a commercial and holistic offering, whilst being able to fully understand the impacts and processes behind the advice provided.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2021, Robert worked in a large independent practice in the City of London where he completed the ACA/CTA Joint Programme.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys watching/playing sport, especially Rugby.

We perform detailed tax due diligence to ensure that any hidden issues are resolved prior to purchase.
Reshma enjoys assisting clients on transactions such as share and asset acquisitions and disposals, design and implementing employee incentivising schemes and tax efficient remuneration packages, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring as well as long-term exit planning.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2019, Reshma worked at UHY Hacker Young and Moore Stephens (now BDO) as a key member of the tax team.
Reshma enjoys travelling the globe wine-tasting and looking for hidden treasures!
Whilst Tom’s delivery is focused on statutory audit and accountancy, but additionally Tom provides advice on financial system and internal controls reviews, as well as financial best practice and governance matters. He also has significant experience with due diligence and modelling assignments, particularly in the education sector.
Tom was appointed Partner in October 2017 having worked his way through the ranks since joining haysmacintyre as a trainee in 2008.
He is a member of the Sport, Entertainment and Media committee at the ICAEW and contributes to the committee through his knowledge and experience of the sport sector and NGBs.
Tom’s interests outside of work are mostly sports-related, and he has travelled the globe to attend football and cricket tournaments. Right now, firmly rooted in the UK, he is a keen follower of Blackpool Football Club.
Mark enjoys advising clients on a diverse range of tax matters with particular experience in M&A support, group restructuring and employee equity incentives including Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) schemes.
With whatever spare time Mark gets he enjoys spending it with his two young daughters. Mark also enjoys all sports and attempts to continue to play 11 a side football.
