Marketing

  • End to end management for in-person, virtual and hybrid events
  • Research, negotiate and manage key sponsorships
    • Leverage key sponsorships which provide access to our target markets
    • Leverage events to create opportunities for relationship development/sales dialogue
    • Alongside the Marketing Managers and Head of Marketing and Business Development, create an evaluation matrix for sponsorships and apply for all relevant sponsorships
  • Responsible for the management of target lists. Ensure information is up to date with a clear action plan in place.
  • Marketing representative for service line meetings
  • Pitch relevant and topical themes for the events and communication schedule
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure communications and events are executed to plan
  • Produce ROI reports for all events and communications, which are aligned to the strategy
  • Working with the Marketing Managers and Head of Marketing and Business Development, map out BD plans for the financial year
  • Budget management including an assessment of cost vs. benefit of all activity to ensure that resources are used in an efficient and effective manner
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing and Business Development on the overall marketing strategy.

Projects

  • Responsible for the service line client care programme
  • Campaign management:
    • End-to-end management of campaigns, including planning, preparations, launch and close
    • Budget management
    • Reporting on results and ROI
  • Management of the service lines key account programme
    • Working with the Head of Marketing and Business Development, implementation a plan to target the department’s key clients. Identify which are the most appropriate clients for growth and cross selling opportunities.

Bids

  • Evaluate the commercial viability of service line bid opportunities and make justified recommendations as to whether opportunities should be pursued.

Olivia Truelove-Dodd

Olivia specialises in all areas of bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT returns and statutory financial statements and her passion is finding ways of making her client’s lives easier. Olivia enjoys supporting her clients through sharing her expertise and advice on management reporting, cashflow management, software support and general accounting advice and guidance. Olivia’s portfolio ranges over various sectors including hospitality, financial services, property and consultancy.

Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2021, Olivia was a Manager in a London accounting firm, leading the outsourcing team, and working closely with the Partners.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, drinking coffee and wine and having a shopping spree!

Wesley Parker

Wes has a proven track record of supporting his clients’ outsourcing and compliance requirements, including GABRIEL/RegData reporting. Wes prides himself on building strong relationships with his clients and advising on system controls.

Wes owns and holds ‘involved’ management positions for both a property investment company and a fish & chip shop/restaurant, which ideally places him in providing business insights and advisory services based on his own experiences of ‘sitting on both sides of the fence’.

Prior to joining haysmacintyre in January 2015 and specialising in outsourcing services, Wes trained at a small practice based in North London gaining experience in accounts, audit and tax.

Before his career in accountancy, Wes was a professional/semi-professional footballer making over 500 senior appearances. He is an endurance sport enthusiast, finishing multiple full-distance Ironman events, but you will mostly find him on the golf course in his spare time.

Donna Russell

Donna has a large portfolio of clients spanning from owner managed businesses to complex groups across a range of sectors, including property, CMT and financial services.

Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2018, Donna trained and qualified at a small practice gaining experience in accounts, audit and tax.

In her spare time, Donna enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures, eating out at new restaurants and the occasional DIY project.

Robert Brooker

Being both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser allows Robert to provide his clients with a commercial and holistic offering, whilst being able to fully understand the impacts and processes behind the advice provided.

Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2021, Robert worked in a large independent practice in the City of London where he completed the ACA/CTA Joint Programme.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys watching/playing sport, especially Rugby.

Richard McLoughlin

He is a Director in our outsourced accountancy services team, and supports his clients by not only providing monthly and year end financial reporting, but also through sharing his expertise and advice on management reporting, cashflow management, software support and general accounting advice and guidance. He joined haysmacintyre in 2010 as a qualified supervisor, having trained and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with a smaller firm in Stoke-on-Trent.

Richard works with clients over a wide range of sectors, including CMT, financial services and PIMBS. Richard has excellent working relationships with his clients and is often viewed as an extension of their own team rather than as an external consultant.

Dominic Noakes

Dominic specialises in cloud based technology and is responsible for leading on, maintaining and developing relationships with key service providers such as Xero and the related Apps utilised by haysmacintyre’s Business Support team. Dominic works pro-actively with clients to ensure they have a regular line of communication, with advice and guidance provided in a professional but easy to understand manner.

Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2016, Dominic trained and qualified with a small practice, where he became a finance manager specialising in outsourced accounting.

Beyond haysmacintyre, Dominic is very interested in technology and how it impacts our daily lives. He is passionate about the use of technology in improving workflows and automation to make a real impact on small business owners lives.

Outside of work Dominic enjoys time with his young family and is a sports enthusiast who aims to have an active lifestyle.

Elena Ramkalawon

Elena joined haysmacintyre in 2011 as Audit Manager, having qualified as Chartered Certified Accountant with a top 15 firm and is now a Partner in our fast growing outsourced accountancy services team.

Elena works with clients across a wide range of sectors including financial services, hospitality and property. She supports her clients with their budgeting processes, management accounts and when required, GABRIEL reporting, as well as end of year statutory compliance work. Elena prides herself on having excellent relationships with her clients and on delivering the assignments on time.
