Financial Modelling

Financial modelling is at the crux of a significant amount of business decisions, whether it is applied to assessing strategic goals, looking at whether to acquire or sell, investing in capex or resource, raising finance or just generally planning for the business strategic and working capital needs in the future.  Forecasting scenarios by utilising a model, which allows you to assess flexible, but tailored assumptions, will enable you to understand both the opportunities as well as the risks and potential pinch points in your business.

M&A Due Diligence Services

Our financial due diligence procedures allow us to perform a thorough examination of the target company’s finances through reviewing current, historic and forecast performance, and its financial position.  We perform detailed tax due diligence to ensure that any hidden issues are resolved prior to purchase.

Equity Capital Markets

The three main UK markets available to meet individual company requirements for becoming a public company are the Main Market (both Primary and Standard Listings), AIM and NEX Exchange (formerly ISDX).  The transition from a private to a public company is a transformational event in a company’s life cycle but it has significant benefits. It can provide capital to allow a business to grow and achieve its strategic objectives, plus it can provide an exit route for the current owners of the business, as well as enhancing the credibility and profile of the business.
