Olivia specialises in all areas of bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT returns and statutory financial statements and her passion is finding ways of making her client’s lives easier. Olivia enjoys supporting her clients through sharing her expertise and advice on management reporting, cashflow management, software support and general accounting advice and guidance. Olivia’s portfolio ranges over various sectors including hospitality, financial services, property and consultancy.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2021, Olivia was a Manager in a London accounting firm, leading the outsourcing team, and working closely with the Partners.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, drinking coffee and wine and having a shopping spree!
Wes has a proven track record of supporting his clients’ outsourcing and compliance requirements, including GABRIEL/RegData reporting. Wes prides himself on building strong relationships with his clients and advising on system controls.
Wes owns and holds ‘involved’ management positions for both a property investment company and a fish & chip shop/restaurant, which ideally places him in providing business insights and advisory services based on his own experiences of ‘sitting on both sides of the fence’.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in January 2015 and specialising in outsourcing services, Wes trained at a small practice based in North London gaining experience in accounts, audit and tax.
Before his career in accountancy, Wes was a professional/semi-professional footballer making over 500 senior appearances. He is an endurance sport enthusiast, finishing multiple full-distance Ironman events, but you will mostly find him on the golf course in his spare time.
Miranda has a wide portfolio of clients across various corporate sectors including property, hospitality and CMT. Many of Miranda’s clients she has serviced continuously since the start of her career and she prides herself on her ability to understand her clients needs and respond efficiently with accurate and effective corporation tax advice.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2015, Miranda worked as a chalet host in the Austrian Alps for 5 months having finished her Biology undergraduate degree at the University of Nottingham.
In her spare time, Miranda enjoys Crossfit, cycling and visiting the wonderful restaurants London has to offer.
Nicky is part of the hospitality team at haysmacintyre and offers audit and assurance services to our clients. Her portfolio includes restaurants, hotels and pubs of varying sizes. Nicky trained with Haysmacintyre and joined the hospitality team in 2020 after becoming ACA qualified.
In her spare time Nicky enjoys travelling to new places and finding new restaurants in London to explore!
Isabelle works with her clients providing advice on a diverse range of matters, as well as providing assurance services such as audit engagements and overseeing due diligence projects. Isabelle has extensive experience working with both entrepreneurial scale up businesses and larger established groups, both AIM listed and privately owned. She understands the importance of sector specific expertise and regular communication with her clients.
Prior to haysmacintyre, Isabelle achieved a Masters in Engineering from Durham University. She spent some time working as an engineer before deciding to pursue a career in accountancy.
Beyond haysmacintyre, Isabelle regularly attends industry events to ensure she has the knowledge to give her client base the well-rounded relevant advice they require. Her passion for eating out and trying the latest bars and restaurants also ensures she keeps up to date with the sector.
In her spare time, Isabelle enjoys keeping fit through cycling, running and regular gym classes – she is often found at F45 on the ground floor of the office! She also enjoys travelling, and is always looking for the next country to visit.
Riocard previously spent over 5 years at HMRC, including 3 years in the Fraud Investigation Service (FIS), HMRC’s top compliance team. He has a detailed knowledge of HMRC powers and processes, which he has built on since moving to private practice. His range of experience ensures he is well placed to achieve the best result for his clients and to deliver a personal service.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2021, Riocard was a senior manager at a top 20 firm.
In his spare time, Riocard enjoys watching sport, quizzes and spending time with friends and family.
Duncan enjoys advising clients on a range of topics and is proactive with his clients to ensure that their tax affairs are structured in an efficient manner.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2016, Duncan was an Associate at a top 10 firm where he was integral member of the private client team.
In his spare time, Duncan enjoys playing sports, notably football whilst also being a season ticket holder at Crystal Palace. When not participating in football related activities Duncan enjoys travelling and trying new restaurants.
