Miranda has a wide portfolio of clients across various corporate sectors including property, hospitality and CMT. Many of Miranda’s clients she has serviced continuously since the start of her career and she prides herself on her ability to understand her clients needs and respond efficiently with accurate and effective corporation tax advice.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2015, Miranda worked as a chalet host in the Austrian Alps for 5 months having finished her Biology undergraduate degree at the University of Nottingham.
In her spare time, Miranda enjoys Crossfit, cycling and visiting the wonderful restaurants London has to offer.
Nicky is part of the hospitality team at haysmacintyre and offers audit and assurance services to our clients. Her portfolio includes restaurants, hotels and pubs of varying sizes. Nicky trained with Haysmacintyre and joined the hospitality team in 2020 after becoming ACA qualified.
In her spare time Nicky enjoys travelling to new places and finding new restaurants in London to explore!
Emma is a business tax manager who has trained as a Chartered Tax Advisor. She has worked in practice for over eight years and her focus has predominantly been on corporation tax compliance and advisory matters. Emma has vast experience in working with a range of clients from small owner managed businesses to large groups assisting them with their corporation tax matters. Emma’s key areas of advisory include the preparation of capital allowances claims and establishing share option schemes.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to the gym.
Andrew enjoys assisting clients with financial modelling and financial reporting, with experience under UK GAAP and IFRS.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2021, Andrew was a senior audit manager at SRLV, where he had a corporate portfolio spanning many different sectors.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys baking, DIY and skiing.
Isabelle advises clients on diverse range of matters beyond audit engagements, such as overseeing due diligence projects.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre Isabelle studied for a Masters in Engineering at Durham University.
In her spare time, Isabelle enjoys keeping fit through cycling and F45 classes, trying out the latest places to eat with friends, as well as travelling and skiing.
Duncan enjoys advising clients on a range of topics and is proactive with his clients to ensure that their tax affairs are structured in an efficient manner.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2016, Duncan was an Associate at a top 10 firm where he was integral member of the private client team.
In his spare time, Duncan enjoys playing sports, notably football whilst also being a season ticket holder at Crystal Palace. When not participating in football related activities Duncan enjoys travelling and trying new restaurants.
Tom’s audit clients operate internationally and in a variety of industries, but particularly are AIM listed or in the property, hospitality or technology sectors. Tom’s technical role sees him attend Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) seminars and other technical courses. He writes technical guidance and articles for haysmacintyre.
Tom joined haysmacintyre in 2009 from a top ten audit firm, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2004.
Tom’s technical role has involved providing training courses to colleagues and he has acted as a presenter on ICAEW webinars.
Outside of work, Tom is a fan of live comedy, a keen cricketer and sometime golfer. A keen runner having raised thousands of pounds for the Sands charity by completing the London Marathon, he hopes to do so again.
