James Walker

James’ clients range from structures holding long standing family wealth to individuals who have created their own wealth or are in the process of doing so. The fun in the role for James is to build a long term relationship with his clients so it feels less like a professional relationship and more like a close personal one because, at the heart of it, James’ advice is focussed on what ultimately allows his clients and their family comfort and freedom, their personal wealth.

James joined us in October 2019 as a Private Client and Trust tax partner having previously headed up a Private Client practice in a similar sized London based firm. James’ ‘offshore’ expertise came through 10 years working in the Channel Islands for specialist UK tax teams within two of their largest fiduciary services providers.

James has played many sports over the years, and will do so once again, but his time is currently spent reading stories to, playing with, tidying up after and generally enjoying time with his young son and daughter.
