haysmacintyre enhances outsourcing team with promotion of Elena Ramkalawon to Partner

Elena leads the outsourcing services team at haysmacintyre, with over 15 years’ of experience assisting clients, ranging from owner managed businesses to UK groups with overseas subsidiaries.

She joined haysmacintyre in 2011 and was promoted to a Director in the outsourcing department in 2018. Since then, the team has doubled in size and provides efficient and tailored services to both the corporate and not for profit sectors.

Elena works with a diverse range of clients, including financial services, hospitality and membership organisations, and supports clients with budgeting and finance process optimisation, management accounts, as well as year-end statutory compliance work.

The use of cloud technologies is a particular passion for Elena, who sees the technology as pivotal to service delivery and the future growth of the businesses that haysmacintyre supports.
