Osman enjoys advising clients on diverse and challenging matters, such as financial modelling, IPOs, and overseeing due diligence projects.
Osman specialises in delivering transaction service projects to clients from diverse sectors. His work involves valuations, financial modelling, IPOs, and financial due diligence.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2022, Osman used to work in a top 10 firm as a member of their transaction services team. Prior to that, he worked for a number of years for a Big Four firm. He has also worked as an economist.
Beyond haysmacintyre, Osman currently works as a technical advisor to the CFA Institute and advises them in their Level 1 to Level 3 course development, with technical advice on Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Economics, and Equity valuations. He has also previously worked as a Fellow in Finance at the Said Business School, University of Oxford, where he taught Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Asset Management, and the Entrepreneurial Finance course to MBA students.
In his spare time, Osman enjoys watching cricket, spending time with his young family, and travelling.
