Luke Clark

Senior Manager, Co-Lead of Marketing, Media & Advertising

Luke has vast experience of performing audit and advisory engagements within the Creative, Media & Technology sector, in particular working with Media, Marketing & Advertising clients.

Luke specialises in managing and delivering quality audits to clients, including first year audits of owned managed businesses, high-growth companies, complex cross-border groups and listed companies. Luke has previously managed engagements in Transaction Advisory Services, working on a range of both private and public transactions. He has a strong understanding of both IFRS and UK GAAP, as well as reporting requirements for listed companies.

Prior to joining haysmacintyre, Luke trained as a school leaver at a big 4 firm, working with both listed and privately financed businesses.

Luke works with a number of our entrepreneurial partnerships and is also a member of Future Gen, haysmacintyre’s network of rising decision makers, and leads in organising and attending networking and discussion events.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys running, sampling new restaurants and spending time with his dog, Oliver.
