Laura Mott’s interview with Corporate Financier: workplace culture and growth

That was what I was looking for as a graduate and, having now been through several levels of the firm, I see those things really are our core strengths.”

Since joining the firm as a graduate, Laura became partner within 10 years and has jointly overseen the growth of the TAS team. With the firm’s commitment to investing in our people and recognising early talent, the team will be taking on an intern for the first time in 2024. This approach is integral to staff development – Laura says: “In our engagements there is a lot of handholding, and the partner will be involved from start to finish. We want our more junior staff to learn from the experience of working with them.”
