haysmacintyre acts for i(x) Net Zero PLC on admission to AIM

haysmacintyre was delighted to act as reporting accountant on i(x) Net Zero’s successful admission to AIM, where it raised £10.7m through the placing, subscription and PrimaryBid offer of, in aggregate, 14,056,811 ordinary shares.

i(x) Net Zero is an investing company which focuses on Energy Transition and Sustainability in the Built Environment. They provide their shareholders with the opportunity to create long-term capital growth with positive, scalable, measurable and sustainable impact on the environment and on the communities they serve.
