haysmacintyre’s Future Gen team are excited to announce the first Female Event Series (FES) of 2024!

All genders welcomed and encouraged to join. At Future Gen, we firmly believe in gender equality and hope that everyone can be part of this conversation, so this event series is open to everyone!

The event series is at the forefront of conversations around gender equality, covering themes including empowerment, confidence, support and the authentic self. The events provide an opportunity for members to explore these topics in a relaxed environment, as well as offering the chance to network with other Future Gen members.

Join us for an inspiring evening of discussions on ‘Becoming a successful leader’. This event, scheduled for Tuesday, 9 April 2024, will delve into the essence of leadership and the qualities that define a good leader. Our exceptional panel will share insights from their personal journeys to their current leadership roles.

Come and be part of the conversation towards creating a more inclusive and equal society. The discussion will be followed by networking and cocktails.

Panellists
Victoria Welsh is a Partner and Head of Immigration at Laytons LLP. Victoria recently set up a new Immigration Department herself and is also a founding member of March Women, a network established for women working within the M&A sector and seeking to rebalance inequities in the M&A ecosystem.

Shereen Ritchie is currently the CEO at the independent London bakery brand, buns from home. As the former UK Managing Director of LEON, leading the brand through it’s most successful, as well as challenging times, Shereen has 25 years of experience in everything hospitality, PR and construction and is a leader with a difference.

Phoebe Waters is a consultant, specialising in female leadership with a background in corporate investigations and disputes. Phoebe is a two time winner of Management Today’s 35 Women under 35 she is an Assessor and coach at the University of Cambridge’s Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
