As a sector traditionally male dominated, haysmacintyre’s Financial Services team are uniquely positioned with three females leading the team. Our positioning in the sector attracted AIMA to include us in their ‘Holding Strong: Alternative Investments in a Volatile Markets’ programme, to raise awareness of alternative investments and the latest sector innovations that are benefiting investors, markets and supporting the global economic recovery.
In this programme haysmacintyre addresses how the industry is fostering diversity and inclusion to attract the next generation of talent. Bernadette King, Melanie Pittas, Karen Allan and Emily Barber share their individual journeys within the sector, as well as the firm’s successful mentoring programme.
