Following the updates from the Spring Budget 2024, the Chancellor continues to focus measures on closing the tax gap.

On Wednesday 6 March 2024, Chancellor Jeremy Hunt delivered his ‘Budget for Long Term Growth’. His speech promised “more investment, more jobs, better public services and lower taxes”. There were some welcome changes and others which will take time and consultation to understand the full effect.
