Caroline specialises in delivery quality and robust audits to clients in the charities and not for profit sector. Her portfolio includes international charities, membership organisations, schools and academies.
Caroline enjoys building strong, collaborative relationships with her clients and assisting with technical queries beyond the audit cycle. She has experience of assisting clients with non-audit services such as due diligence for charity mergers and providing training to trustee groups.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2021, Caroline was an audit manager in the charities and not for profit team at a top 20 firm, where she was a member of their Charity Technical Group.
Away from haysmacintyre, Caroline has recently acted as a volunteer treasurer for her local branch of a national military welfare charity.
In her spare time, Caroline is an avid crafter and baker with varying degrees of success.
