Diana’s focus is predominantly on corporation tax compliance and advisory matters for businesses operating within the CMT sector. Diana has vast experience working with a wide variety of clients which are at various stages of the business lifecycle, from small owner managed business to large international groups, assisting them with their corporation tax matters in the UK and internationally. She enjoys forming close bonds with her clients to provide a personal and value-added service.
Diana specialises in R&D tax reliefs and her portfolio includes a range of clients within the CMT, food, life science and financial services sectors. As a member of the training team, she is well placed to deliver training sessions to her clients, ensuring they keep abreast of the latest sector and regulatory updates.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2017, Diana was a Tax Associate at a top global management consulting firm, where she was a member of the Corporate tax and R&D teams.
In her spare time, Diana enjoys sci-fi and fantasy novels, gaming and travelling.
