Emma specialises in the hospitality sector, working with a vast array of clients ranging from hotels and large restaurant and pub groups to start ups within the FMCG space, with a particular focus on food and drink companies.
Emma works with finance teams to not only help with compliance and regulatory requirements, but also with due diligence projects and other financial challenges such as cash flow forecasting. Emma has worked with a number of her clients as they have grown from start ups to mature businesses and enjoys assisting businesses owners as they face new challenges though exciting change.
Beyond haysmacintyre, Emma is on the Council of the Mayfair and St James Association and actively involved in a number of sector organisations, such as Propel and Bread & Jam. She regularly attends, hosts and speaks at sector events in order to give her client base well rounded, relevant and commercial advice.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys travelling and long distance running, often combining the two by partaking in half marathons in European city destinations. When in the UK, she enjoys sampling the hospitality London has to offer and re-creating her favourite dishes at home.
