Iona works within the outsourced accountancy services team assisting companies with their management accounts, statutory accounts and other compliance reporting. She enjoys working on a range of clients, being able to help provide the information necessary for them to grow and support their business.
Iona has a varied portfolio over several sectors from owner managed businesses to complex groups.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre, Iona worked at firms in both Cambridge and London, gaining over 11 years experience in outsourcing. Supporting a wide range of business, from farmers to international tech companies, Iona enjoys learning new industries and the things that matter to those businesses.
Iona can often be found helping out her father who is a small business owner. This gives her first hand experience of what challenges and stresses face a small business owner of today.
In her spare time, Iona enjoys annual ski trips with friends and mini breaks to European cities.
