Jiten is a Senior Manager with extensive IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP and SOX reporting experience, and enjoys advising clients on sophisticated and complex accounting issues.
Having trained and qualified at a ‘Big Four’ firm with experience managing audits across various sectors, he followed his passion for technology and focused on managing a portfolio of companies and groups of varying size within this sector. His clients include private limited companies, UK subsidiaries of foreign listed parent, companies listed on the Standard and Aquis markets.
Jiten believes in maintaining strong client relationships and obtaining a thorough understanding of businesses by working closely with them to deliver a high-quality service. In addition, he has been involved in various audit quality and technical initiatives and regularly contributes to the firm’s array of internal projects.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2023, Jiten was a manager at a ‘Big Four’ firm where he was a key member of the technology, media & telecommunications team with vast experience managing group reporting assignments.
In his spare time, Jiten enjoys travelling, cricket and walking in nature.
