Sally enjoys advising clients on diverse and challenging matters which extend beyond tax compliance, such as advice on international tax matters and matters relating to taxable vs non-taxable income.
Sally specialises in Corporation Tax in the not for profit sector. Her portfolio spans governing bodies, schools, members clubs and general charities.
Her focus on the not for profit sector means she is well placed to advise on matters relating to non-taxable income and expenditure, alongside advice on investment income and gains arising from significant investment portfolios.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2019, Sally was a tax senior in a medium sized firm in Soho, where she was a key member of the Corporation Tax team.
Beyond her role at haysmacintyre, Sally is the chair of trustees for two music charities, which gives her an insight to governance issues arising from a client’s perspective.
In her spare time, Sally enjoys playing the bassoon, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and going on long bike rides.
