Steven enjoys building strong lasting relationships with his clients and assisting with technical queries beyond the audit cycle. He values being a sounding board when clients have questions or concerns and has helped with non-audit services such as due diligence for charity mergers and providing training.
Steven specialises in delivering robust audits to clients in the not for profit sector. His portfolio spans sectors such as Arts & Culture, Care & Community, and Schools, as well as academy clients.
Prior to joining haysmacintyre in 2020, Steven was a Senior Manager at a mid-tier firm where he was a key member of their Academies and Charities team.
Steven is a trustee for a number of scouting charities in his local areas which allows him to experience the day to day of being a trustee as well as giving back to his local community.
In his spare time Steven is a Scout leader in his local area and enjoys cycling, cooking, and exploring new places.
