Meia Harnett shortlisted for ‘Unsung Hero of the Year’ in Property Week’s 2024, Inspiring Women in Property Awards

This award shines a light on the exceptional talent of those within the Financial and Professional Services UK real estate sector, and awards individuals for the scale of their impact, evidence of continuous and ongoing efforts, and a demonstration of passion and pride.

Meia has gone from strength to strength since joining the firm as a trainee in 2016 and plays a crucial role helping to lead our Property team. Meia empowers those that she works with to reach their full potential, supporting clients, whilst working collaboratively across multiple departments and inspiring the next generation of talent.

As well as providing support to some of the firm’s biggest clients and regularly representing haysmacintyre at industry events, Meia has been pivotal in pushing our values, championing diversity and equality, and mentoring the next generation of talent. One of her many successes includes helping to run “Future Gen”, a haysmacintyre founded networking group of 300+ external financial and professional services members. Meia also co-founded, hosted and speaks at haysmacintyre’s “Female Event Series”; a series of regular external networking events designed to empower and educate future female leaders, as well as tackling important gender equality issues.
