Leading haysmacintyre’s Tax Disputes and Resolutions team, Danielle excels at advising clients on complex matters including tax avoidance schemes, COP8 and COP9 cases, disputes with HMRC, negotiating settlements with HMRC, voluntary disclosures and Time to Pay arrangements.
